Licensed demolition contractor serving San Antonio, TX and South Texas
DiamondBack Demolition is a local demolition company based in San Antonio, TX, founded by Roger Lopez. We handle residential, commercial, concrete, mobile home, pool and interior demolition, along with land clearing, cleanup and debris removal across San Antonio and the surrounding South Texas region.
Most people who call us are getting ready for something. A rebuild, a renovation, a sale, a land clearing project, or the removal of a structure that has become a problem. The demolition is rarely the goal. It is the step that has to happen first.
That is how we approach the work. We ask what you are trying to end up with, look at what is in the way, and put together a plan that gets you there without surprises.
Demolition has a reputation for being messy in more ways than one. Crews show up without knowing the site. Debris sits for weeks. Nobody explains what happens to the utilities. The property owner ends up managing a job they hired somebody else to manage.
We built DiamondBack around avoiding that. Before a machine touches anything, we know where it is going in, what is coming down, what stays, and where the debris ends up. When we leave, the site is clear.
The company is young. Roger started it because he saw how often demolition work gets handed off with no communication, and thought a licensed local contractor who answers the phone and explains the job would have plenty of work in South Texas. That has turned out to be true.
DiamondBack Demolition holds Demolition Contractor License LIC# DMC-26-00139. We carry insurance for the work we perform. If your project, your lender or your general contractor needs documentation before work begins, ask and we will provide it.
Whether it is a whole structure or one specific area, we can review the scope and tell you the best way to approach it.
Not on the list? Call. Depending on where the property is and what the job involves, we may still be able to take it.
