Debris removal is loading and hauling material off a property: construction debris, demolition debris, concrete, damaged materials and general accumulation. DiamondBack Demolition provides cleanup and debris removal throughout San Antonio and South Texas, both as part of our demolition work and on its own.
Demolition makes debris. Clearing it is not a separate favor at the end, it is half the job.
On most of our demolition jobs, cleanup is already in the scope. The structure comes down, the material is loaded as it goes, and the site is clear when we leave. That is how it should work, and it is worth confirming with any contractor you hire.
Ask two questions of anyone quoting demolition: is disposal included, and what condition is the site in when you leave. The answers separate a real number from a low one.
Plenty of the cleanup work we do involves no demolition at all.
A contractor who finished and did not clean up, or one who did not finish at all. It happens more than the industry likes to admit.
Years of accumulation inside and outside a structure.
Tenant left contents, furniture and debris behind.
Downed material, damaged fencing, and debris scattered across a property.
A property that needs to show clean.
A notice about accumulated debris with a deadline attached.
Nobody accurately estimates the volume of their own debris pile. Send photos with something in the frame for scale and let us judge it.
Some material has to go through a licensed handler and cannot go in a general debris load. Hazardous waste, chemicals, certain appliances, tires in quantity and asbestos containing material are the usual ones. If any of that is on your property, tell us. We will separate what we can take from what needs a different handler, and point you in the right direction for the rest.
A commercial cleanout is clearing everything out of a business property so the space can be leased, sold, renovated or handed back. It is the same work as a debris haul, except what comes out is usually furniture, fixtures, equipment and years of accumulation rather than construction material.
We handle these across San Antonio and South Texas for property managers, landlords, business owners, real estate agents and general contractors. If the space also needs walls, flooring or fixtures taken out, that is interior demolition and we can scope both together so it is one job instead of two.
A tenant leaves and the space has to go back to shell or back on the market. We clear what was left behind: furniture, shelving, counters, signage, partitions and whatever accumulated in the back.
Desks, cubicles, chairs, filing cabinets, breakroom equipment and the storage room nobody emptied. Whole floors or a single suite.
Fixtures, display units, shelving, counters, coolers, kitchen equipment and dining furniture. These often pair with interior demolition when the next tenant is rebuilding the space anyway.
Racking, pallets, scrap, old inventory, equipment and the accumulation that builds up in a working building over the years.
A property changes hands full of someone else's contents. We clear it so it can be shown, listed or put back to work.
Tell us what is in the building and how a truck can reach it. Access is what changes these jobs most: a ground-floor unit with a roll-up door is a different job from a third-floor suite with one service elevator.
Photos help more than a description on this kind of job. A few pictures of the space and the loading access usually tell us what we need for a first estimate.
